Turnout in the Chechen Republic exceeded 96% – Kommersant

The Election Commission of the Chechen Republic reported in Telegramthat the turnout in the Russian presidential elections as of 18:00 Moscow time was 96.46%. 787,940 Chechen voters out of 816,869 voted, the election commission clarified.

Turnout also exceeded 80%, in particular, in the Belgorod region, Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, North Ossetia and Dagestan.
