In Moscow, green&colored ballots were taken into account when counting votes in the elections

The marks on the ballots in two ballot boxes at two polling stations in Moscow, where the coloring liquid was dumped, were legible, says Dmitry Reut, deputy chairman of the Moscow City Election Commission. He said that these ballots were taken into account when counting votes.

“Otradnoye, PEC No. 690 – 115 ballots, Chertanovo Yuzhnoye, PEC No. 2084 – 217 ballots – everything is readable, the marks on the ballots are visible, everything is counted and taken into account,” said TASS Mr. Reut. He assured that “not a single voice was lost.”
