Armenia approves EU mission agreement



Armenia approved an agreement on the status of the EU mission on the border with Azerbaijan

At a meeting held today, the Armenian Parliament ratified the agreement with the European Union, signed in November last year, on the status of the European Union mission on the border with Azerbaijan.

It is specified that 57 deputies voted for this decision, 27 – against. Some deputies from the opposition faction “Armenia” abstained from participating in the vote. Among other things, the “I have the honor” faction did not take part in it.

“The Armenian Parliament ratified the agreement on the status of the EU mission on the border with Azerbaijan. Its number will be increased from 138 to 209 people,” notes RT.
